Menswear Designer Devan Vincent Joins our Four Seasons Display

Since 2011 we have enjoyed a wonderful relationship with the Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley (FSSV). Our lobby display has been central to the relationship. We were first challenged to add some life to the lobby. Here is a photo of the lobby before we partnered with FSSV.

For the first two years we were in the corridor between Reception and elevator to the rooms. Following is a selection of a few of our displays over the years.

Here is our first lobby scene. With the help of interior designer Julie Jomo, we hung yards of hand printed fabric which  swayed with the movement of passers by to the delight of hotel guests. Two mannequins always wore our current designs, here are our Identity pieces from our launch runway show at Lincoln Center Sept 2009.

With Julie Jomo's advice, we asked local artist, Darren Kerr, to prepare a backdrop for our spring designs. Using charcoal, he drew a cypress tree on photography paper. We added the lanterns and our one-shoulder sheath.

Guests loved having large sized art in the lobby, we asked Darren to create, in place, a drawing. As a SF Giants fan, he took a few weeks to create a portrait of Buster Posey. To the right are his oil paintings from the 2012 World Series. Our ladies kept the spirit and wore the Giants colors.

In 2013 we moved the display around the corner to be nearer Quattro Restaurant and the Ballroom. Our relationship with the spa became closer and most pieces worn by the mannequins can be purchased in the 3rd Floor Spa.

Now, in 2015 we are thrilled to have a menswear designer join our display. Devan Vincent creates gorgeous jackets and definitely adds spice to the program.  Here is our first scene.
